Your primary contact for this HOA is Trio Property Management. The property managers conduct the day-to-day business and operations of the Association. If owners have questions or need to report problems to the property manager, they can be reached by phone, fax, e-mail or US mail.
Dues Payment
North End Block 10 HOA encourages members to sign up here for the online portal, which will allow owners to receive invoices, view account status and payment history, register for online payments, and make secure one-time or automatic payments. Please note that paying via ACH will incur a fee of $2.49 per transaction, while paying via credit card will incur a fee of 3.49% of the transaction amount.
Invoices may be obtained by owners via the online portal or by contacting Trio Property Management.
Dues can be sent via US Mail or by your financial institution’s bill-pay if available. If mailing a check, please ensure that your unit number is referenced on the check.
The monthly HOA dues pay for the management services, building maintenance & repairs, building insurance (exterior, not interior), landscape maintenance, snow removal, trash removal, domestic and irrigation water, and the MASTER HOA dues. Dues are payable on the first of each month and are considered late after the 15th of each month, at which time a late fee of $15 will be assessed, plus an interest fee of 18% per annum.

Board of Directors
Three of our eleven homeowners comprise the Board of Directors. Each member is elected to a 3-year term, on a rotating basis so that one board member is elected each year.

HOA Board meetings are held quarterly, on the 3rd Wednesday of the first month of each quarter. All homeowners are welcome to attend the board meetings.

If you need a certificate of HOA insurance sent to your mortgage company, call or fax the agent listed below. Please provide the name of the HOA, your address, the contact information for your mortgage company, and a loan number if applicable.
